A decade, which felt like a century of disappointment with other banks and processors put a bad taste in my mouth. From poor customer service to shady rate hikes made me skeptical of that industry as a whole. Everything our agent told us 8 years ago happened as it was supposed and we still have the same agent that helps us, when we call him.
